Mark D. Reinhold Named Chief Human Capital Officer and Director of the Office of Human Resources at SEC

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Mark D. Reinhold has been appointed the Chief Human Capital Officer and Director of the Office of Human Resources. In this role, Mr. Reinhold will be responsible for managing the agency's human resources programs and policies, such as leadership and employee development, recruitment and retention, labor relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits. He has more than 30 years of experience in federal government HR and previously served as Associate Director at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. In 2017, he was awarded a Presidential Rank Award for his career achievements. Mr. Reinhold earned his bachelor’s degree from Albright College.
